BASIC CREMATION
PLAN D (No Service or Visitation)
Basic Cremation consists of:
- Basic professional services of funeral director and staff
- Removal of deceased to our facility (up to 30 miles)
- Professional care and refrigeration (up to 6 days)
- Securing doctor’s certification and filing death certificate with the State of Texas
- Cremation permit from registrar’s office
- Crematory fee (crematory located at on site)
- Standard corrugated cardboard box
- Temporary container
- Not included are outside charges such as certified death certificates from the state, charges from the medical examiner’s office or newspaper charges for obituaries.
